We currently do not create custom models. However, we always value input from our community, so please feel free to reach out to us on our social media channels (@tinymotorssg) or share a photo of the car you dream of building. We appreciate your feedback and ideas!
The size of your Tinymotor set depends on the variation you choose. As a guide, our cars measures approximately 16cm x 7cm x 5.5cm.
No problem, we’re happy to help as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Just drop our customer service an email at tinybricksofficial@gmail.com with your current address and the new one you’d like it changed to, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or refunds. We recommend double-checking your order before placing it, and feel free to reach out if you need any help. We’re here to make sure you have a smooth experience with our products!
You can easily cancel your TinyMotors Mystery Box subscription at any time.
To do so, simply go to "Manage My Orders", locate your subscription, and select "Cancel".
Please note: To ensure your cancellation takes effect, we recommend canceling at least one month before your next scheduled shipment. This way, you won’t be charged for the following box.

We sincerely apologize if you've encountered any issues with missing or defective pieces in your Tinymotors set. While it's uncommon, we want to ensure that you have a complete and enjoyable building experience. If you believe there are missing pieces or if you've identified any defective parts, please follow these steps:
1. Double-check your entire set.
2. If you are certain that pieces are missing or defective, please take screenshots of the instructions, and clearly mark specific pieces that are problematic or you need.
3. Send the images, along with your order number, to us at tinybricksofficial@gmail.com. This will help us identify the issue more accurately and expedite the replacement process.
Rest assured, we'll investigate the matter promptly and provide you with the necessary missing or replacement pieces to ensure you can complete your build.
